Job description
We are an all day 'Free Spirited, Social Dining' restaurant and bar, serving brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails, Dawn til Dusk.
Our journey is inspired by the path of the rising Moon and setting Sun across the Earth and the cultural beings that followed that route. All as one together, the Nomads, the Incas, the Samurais and the Gitanos were guided by the fire in the sky to an unknown, mysterious Utopia. We guide you on this same journey with our food, drinks and music.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, building relationships with existing and new guests, as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
