Working Pattern: Full time, 5 days office based
Purpose of the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team! You'll be first point of contact for our busy office which comprises 3 PR agencies within the Accordience Group, (Grayling, Cirkle and CDR) ensuring every visitor, caller and team member receives a top-notch experience. Working alongside another receptionist and reporting into the Office Manager, we're looking for someone with a positive and can-do attitude who thrives in a busy environment where no 2 days are the same!
The day to day
- Welcoming clients and visitors and informing relevant parties of their arrival.
- Answering all switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner.
- As and when required, setting up meeting rooms, changing room layouts and ensuring they are kept tidy.
- Maintaining an accurate working record of room bookings
- Supporting with client events
- Arranging couriers & taxis and making other travel arrangements as and when needed
- Credit Card payments
- Keeping all office supplies/fridges/refreshments topped up and ordering further supplies where necessary.
- Ordering internal and client lunches
- General up-keep of the reception area and ensuring it stays tidy
- Ad-hoc admin support for all 3 agencies and supporting the office/facilities manager.

- Previous office/receptionist experience is a bonus, but not a pre-requisite. If you don't have previous office experience, please include a cover letter detailing why you think you'd be a great fit for the role.
