We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to mobilise and lead our reception services team at a new multi-occupied building in the City.
The Reception Team Leader is responsible for leading a small team to deliver 5* service to the building’s wonderful and varied tenants. Not only will they manage the day-to-day operation of the reception desk, championing the activation of the reception area with pop-ups and events targeted to the tenants. They will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, assisting the new tenants settle into their new home. The Reception Team Leader is the key point of contact between the client, the tenants, other service partners, and Portico.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts from Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,350
Suitable candidates will preferably have experience of managing others within the service industry. They will be an energetic self-starter who is taking the next step on their leadership journey.
