Reception & Helpdesk Administrator
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo (KCL)
Bouygues Energies and Services is a global contractor which currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk and Reception Administrator to work within our Facilities team at King's College London University based in Waterloo.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further their career in FM by gaining experience in a highly professional and corporate environment. The role:
- To meet and greet all visitors in a professional, courteous and welcoming manner
- To answer the telephone promptly and deal with all first line enquiries whilst maintaining logs of messages and the arrival of visitors
- To provide support/cover to Helpdesk by logging jobs, service requests and hazards on Maximo
- To provide general administrative support such as minute taking, report writing and data entry
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours between 8am – 6pm with a 1 hour unpaid break, shift times are either: 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
The person:
- Will have prior reception experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
- Will have first class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at many different levels
- Must have good computer skills, proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Experience in using an FM system (Maximo etc.) is desirable
- Must be flexible, reliable and motivated
