Reception Administrator (part-time) at William Morris School
An exciting opportunity has arisen at William Morris School, part of Novalis Trust, for the position of part-time Reception Administrator based in Eastington, near Stonehouse, Glos.
The role includes:
Welcoming and supporting visitors to the Trust, providing refreshments, answering incoming calls and dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, placing orders as required and managing deliveries, petty cash duties, managing diaries and dealing with logistical arrangements, preparing meeting room spaces and providing administrative support to all departments as required.
We are looking for someone with a welcoming personality and some administration skills. The ideal candidate would have good organisational and time-management abilities.
Two days: Wednesday & Friday
Preferred hours: 8.30-4.30pm or hours in line to suit with school start and finish times.
Term-time only also considered.
Salary: £8,800 (based on 2 days per week, 52 weeks pa) £22,000 FTE (52 weeks pa)
Holidays: 11.5 Days per annum (based on 52 weeks pa) (FTE 28 days)
