About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest companies in the health sector in a new Quality Support Manager role working as part of the wider quality team. The Quality team are responsible for ensuring that the UK wholesale business maintains compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) as well as compliance with our Wholesale Distribution Authorisation.
As a Quality Support Manager you will part of a new Quality Support team who will be providing support to assigned Service Centres across our national network to ensure compliance to GDP and quality standards. You will be working for the majority of your time on-site supporting the Service Centre Managers and Quality Management Team in maintaining, and continuously improving standards of quality, so travel and overnight stays are an essential element to this role.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the enhancement of our quality processes. This will be a challenging role and candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of key quality processes such as deviation and CAPA management, change control, document management, supplier approval, management of audit programs, quality risk management and development and use of quality related metrics.
About You
We are ideally looking for candidates who are educated to degree level with experience in the use of Q-Pulse. You will need to have experience working within a quality role and applying the principles of a quality management system within a GDP or GMP environment, with knowledge of GDP, applicable GMP regulations and broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory framework within the UK.
MS Office knowledge is vital as are excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and coach where necessary. You will need to be motivated, conscientious, organised and have an eye for detail that allows you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
