Quality Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Direct resolution to quality problems and provide ‘phone a friend’ QA advice to a range of Rubicon’s customer in Medicines, Device, Food supplement, Cosmetics, Biocides.

- Manager overhaul of current QMS to streamline, increase efficiency and incorporate our Netherlands business and ensure it is fit for 2023

- Lead gap analyses, continuous improvement plans and KPIs

- Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP in our clients Factories as part of our FBO services

- Act as contact for 3rd party certification audits

- Manage our FBO services from Quality perspective, Negotiate Technical Agreements

- Complete due diligence on Customer’s supply chain to ensure compliance with Rubicon’s FBO policy and procedure 10-point plan.

- Review Investigations and concessions as needed, to make Disposition Decisions and feedback to clients

- Manage quality risk assessment.

- Manage the process of product batch release (to market and to the customer) in appropriate timelines. Some travel to Amsterdam office will be required.

- Create, reconstruct, and monitor Vendor Assurance and the Approved supplier Program.

- Manage a range of clients and provide advice and assistance in rolling out various quality standards such as support for WDA applications, BRC, ISO standards. Visits to client’s premises will be required – no more than 20% of time

- Attend trade shows and represent company

- Manage internal and external auditing on behalf of clients to GMP, BRC, ISO standards.

- Train junior members of staff and assist with mentoring.

- Participate in Quality aspects of Rubicon Bridge software

- Participate in job and facility related training as appropriate.
