Welcome to the advertisement which could be the exact thing you've been looking for. Harley transport is looking for drivers for our fleet of 3.5-tonne vehicles. Two positions have become available and we're expecting a lot of applications so please don't wait - get your application in now as we'll be starting people as soon as possible.

We're looking for fit and capable drivers who can think on their feet, work autonomously and get the job done. We're a delivery firm and we haul anything that our customers need from pallets of packaging to custom-made cabins for glamping locations and anything in between. Typically starting the day early we can be out and about delivering all over the country, returning to base mostly but with the occasional overnight (always advised before needed). We drive nothing but 3.5-tonne vans so there's no need to worry about tacho rules, we just know what constitutes a safe and sensible day so work, with you, to that limit.

Our industry is, unfortunately, male-dominated and that's something which we're always keen to see the back of so anyone (irrespective of how you identify) can apply to work for us. Harley the director (that's me, but it sounds a bit weird if I typed in the first-person) is a great bloke..... ;-) Is an open-minded and welcoming person who is keen to ensure that nobody feel that they are unable to apply as long as they understand what the job involves and can undertake the work comfortably.

To summarise: we drive vans to collect items from our customers, we then drive those vans to deliver items to our customer's customers; we want decent, hard-working people to apply who want to feel happy and welcome in the work place. Easy as that.

Those who have a UTR or have worked for themselves or within construction on a CIS basis will find it easy to transition into our company due to the nature of the payment systems we use.
