Job Purpose As Sales Manager, you will responsible for supporting the Commercial Team to achieve revenue targets, customer outcomes and retention targets. This role is part of the Client Development function and reports into the Head of Client Development. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to exceed targets for sales and revenue for existing customers Responsible for reporting forecasted revenue, sales performance, trends and insights Optimise the sales processes to ensure there is consistent execution across the team Work with the Implementation Team to ensure each customer is successfully implemented and the handover process is seamless Support wider Marketing campaigns to drive additional revenue across the business Work with Finance to track and manage invoicing issues and debt Responsible for mitigating churn and managing the retention process in conjunction with the Account Managers Responsible for maintaining and building HubSpot processes and reports to support the Commercial function Responsible for tracking, closing and processing commercial agreements As a Manager, your responsibilities will also include the following: Lead by example and hold your team accountable for achieving targets and working to the core values of the business Evaluate performance, manage poor performance, identify future stars and support your team to develop Communicate business updates to your team, such as company strategy, policy changes, key successes etc. The well-being and engagement of your team. Attrition & recruitment of your team Skills & Experience Experience managing a team of Account Managers or Field Sales Professionals Demonstrable experience leading a team to achieve net retention and annual recurring revenue targets Comfortable in a KPI driven and target based working environment Exceptional commercial awareness People management experience in a SaaS or software sales organisation is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate key points concisely without over-complication (both verbal and written) Able to conduct effective PowerPoint presentations Friendly and likeable nature, whilst maintaining control and commercial sensitivity Flexible to travel throughout the UK Full UK driving license What We Offer Continued training and development is key for all members of our team.
