Warehouse Technician
We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Technician to join our team here at the Worthing for a 12 month contract.
In this role you will
Ensure the production / logistics facility is effectively run, meeting all the required GMP and regulatory standards, general housekeeping, daily supporting checks.
The safe loading, unloading, distribution and stowage of materials, including all necessary system transactions.
Collation and packing of internal and external orders of material, to meet the required level of customer service.
Safe use of all mechanical handling equipment that individual technicians are licensed to operate.
Ensure all SOPs are followed in full and report any Safety/Quality related issues.
Ensure SAP transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Complete required stock checks to maintain Inventory control.
Support other warehouse activities as training allows.
Shift – Day shift Monday - Friday 8am – 4.15pm
About You:
This role would suit a motivated individual who has experience of working in a warehouse and/or supply and logistics within a complex GMP environment. A continuous improvement mind-set, as well as strong communication skills are required.
About Worthing Manufacturing Site:
Manufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics in the oral form (penicillin). It is advised that you take this into consideration when deciding to apply for this position.
