Salary: £25028 + Bonus

The Role
National Safety Supplies has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer service to join the business to service and deliver customer service excellence to their customer portfolio via telephone, email correspondence. You will also assist in growing and developing new and lapsed customer accounts. To assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong, sustainable relationships with customers and supplier base, primarily by telephone and e-mail
Answer incoming calls, assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner. Processing sales orders and quotes accurately and efficiently. Deal with all customer issues/ queries/ requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required.
Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
Ensure all correct complaint procedures are complied with ensuring a satisfactory resolution
Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly.
Providing general administrative support. Look for alternative products for out of stock items to retain sale
Help with the onboarding of customers and customer products within our digital platforms.
Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within core range against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential
Understand and strive to meet agreed company targets. Managing your time and projects efficiently whilst contributing to group performance to achieve team success.
