About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Assistant will focus on processing invoices into Great Plains (Wildbrain’s accounting system) and processing payments received from licensees.

About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Assistant will focus on processing invoices into Great Plains (Wildbrain’s accounting system) and processing payments received from licensees.
Responsibilities
- Batching, coding and posting supplier invoices.
- Posting supplier bank payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Group credit card reconciliation
- Responding to queries from suppliers and regional offices
- Setting up payment runs
- Assisting with posting bank receipts
- Providing support to the Finance management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working within a related finance role
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
