Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Incoming enquiries, load and distribute, complete bid, chase customer.
· Compile and prepare delivery notes and doc packs to customer specification including upload to customer portals.
· All filing and scanning associated with doc packs.
· RFQ material and subcon – send out for prices and identify supplier.
· Process enquiries and sales orders through E-Max
· Contract review – checking incoming orders match quotation.
· Customer portal access and use - download and upload, order acknowledgments
· Raise work orders, purchase orders and system stock/material transactions.
· Communicating information verbally/electronically to customers.
Qualifications / Skills and Experience:
· HNC / NC Engineering an advantage.
· Oil and Gas Industry experience useful.
· Knowledge and experience of an ERP system.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritise workload.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
