We have an exciting role for a candidate to join our team in supporting the Sales and Operations teams at Runtech. This is a unique role where you will have the scope to learn new skills in multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will support various aspects of each department such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing. You will work closely with different departments providing administrative support, contributing to the planning and co-ordination across these areas. This is a varied role which will include answering calls and emails, producing documentation, and responding to customer queries.
What we are looking for:
- You will be well-organised, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to communicate at all levels and to work well within and across teams.
- An excellent level of attention to detail.
- Prioritise effectively and work quickly and accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing workloads to meet multiple deadlines.
- Advanced IT skills are essential.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone with prior experience in an administrative role.
This is a great role for someone who is early on in their career and would like to gain exposure to multiple areas of business. Experience in the Audio Visual industry is beneficial, however isn’t essential as training will be provided.

Our office is based in Camden Town, London. Working hours are 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This position is primarily office based with occasional days remote.
