Purchase Ledger Administrator – DVV Media International
A great opportunity has become available to join the finance team of publishing company DVV Media International. This is a full-time role based in Sutton.
Overview of the role:
· Shared responsibility of all divisional Accounts Payable Mailboxes in Outlook
· Running the purchase ledger, including coding and entering invoices and liaising with the cost center managers
· Processing supplier payment runs, Ad hoc payments and occasional Cheque payments.
· Processing staff expense claims including company credit card expenses
· Regularly checking bank accounts across divisions ensuring all payments posted
· Reviewing Aged Creditors regularly to ensure the Ledger is updated.
· Liaising with the auditors and helping to supply the necessary information for the year-end financial audit.
· Involvement in other tasks such as sales ledger duties to enable job rotation and provide cover if other staff are away from the office.
About you:
· Must have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role within a finance department
· Intermediate level Excel
· Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial
· Professional finance qualification such as AAT would be beneficial
