Robinson Young is looking for a passionate talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing department, to drive brand awareness for our FMCG brands and support the Digital Marketing Manager across a broad range of marketing inititives
The fundamentals of the role…
· Contributing to the marketing plans and successfully executing a range of marketing activities (predominantly digital marketing, but offline initiatives when required).
· Taking ownership of and continuing to develop our brands’ social media channels to engage with consumers online and drive them to retailer listings (e.g, plan and post content such as Reels, manage influencer collaborations, execute digital campaigns, create and manage paid ads, analyse reporting).
· Identifying content opportunities and creating compelling designs for different marketing channels inc. website, social media, display/banner ads, print and potentially email (supported by Graphic Designer).
· Delivering engaging presentations that effectively communicate ideas, updates, or reports.

· Strong eye for design: Design and organise content and assets for marketing purposes that promote our brands and attract the target audience (supported by Graphic Designer).

· Organisation and attention to detail: Strong accuracy of work to ensure multiple projects run smoothly at the same time.
· Communication and interpersonal skills:Present and convey ideas or marketing updates to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.
Experience
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
· 2 years minimum in a creative marketing role.
· Creating engaging designs and content for different marketing channels inc. social media and website or various advertising opportunities.
· Leading social media activities, mainly on Instagram and Facebook, inc. creating content (e.g, Reels), organising collabs with influencers or content creators, managing paid ads or boosting.
· Effectively briefing and managing suppliers to bring a vision to life (e.g, designers, photographers, agencies, influencers).

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
