We are looking to recruit to a number of Qualified PWP posts with a variety of hours available.
Are you a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner looking to work in a city in the beautiful West Country?
You would have opportunities to develop in the role by
- being part of our nationally recognised work in delivering talking therapies to neurodivergent communities.
- integrating talking therapies within long term conditions care pathways in collaboration with our colleagues in Livewell and University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
- our community based workshop programme delivering psychoeducation to businesses and organisations across the city.
- Regular opportunities to develop within other IAPT roles.
You will be part of a supportive team of PWP colleagues & deliver the full range of low intensity CBT interventions.
Staff development is key to us & there will be opportunities for further training such as the supervisor course offer by University of Exeter.
As part of our transformation within the directive of the NHS 10 year plan we are developing our plans to integrate with our newly formed Primary care networks within the city. We have already established care pathways with some of our physical health teams within on own organisation to support people with long term conditions. We can offer relocation allowance of up to £1,500 for the right candidate.
Interviews will be early May and we are open to considering candidates nearing completion of their training.
