We are looking for a qualified (R05 / CF1 / CeMap or similar) Protection Adviser to join our growing team!

REMOTE WORKING OR OFFICE BASED (YOUR CHOICE!)

Our growing popularity with our customers means we are now looking for two additional protection advisers to join our team.

Requirements:

• R05 / CF1 / CeMap (or similar) qualification is a requirement for this role
• Previous experience providing advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Income Protection (or similar)

The Role:

• No cold calling required! We do not purchase leads, and we don't dial data! All of our enquiries are self-generated by customers genuinely interested in taking out cover, and even better, the customers then book slots into your diary using our unique in-house auto-booking software.
• As a protection adviser / life insurance adviser we require you to contact customers who have booked calls with you, and perform a fact find to understand the customer's needs and desires along with some information about their current circumstances
• You will then provide the customer with a range of solutions most suitable for them.
• If the customer is happy to move forward with your recommendation you would then complete the application form with the customer.
• All administrative "post-sale" work is then handled by our admin team allowing you to focus on what you do best - providing protection advice!

Key Points:

• We do not purchase leads, all enquiries are self-generated by genuinely interested people visiting OUR website and requesting quotes from YOU - they then books calls into your diary! You can expect a minimum of 5 good phone calls per day.
• You will not be expected to cold call through purchased data... we don't do it, and never will.
• You will receive between 200 and 300 enquiries per month to contact.
• Basic salary is £25,000 with a commission structure based on sales.
• Average written monthly business for advisers in our business is £20 - £25k per month, some consistently write over £30k.
• On target earnings are in excess of £45,000 and good performers can earn in excess of £60,000
• Expected earnings for year 1 are around £35,000-£45,000 (whilst you are learning the ropes!)
• Expected earnings to exceed £45,000+ in year 2 and beyond (once you are more knowledgeable and have learned how to best deal with our clients).
