We are working with one of London's leading agencies who are looking for a strong Property Manager to join their expanding and buzzing team based in South West London. The Role:

• Manage a busy property portfolio of between 120-150 properties

• Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships

• Work closely with your team to ensure the highest quality of service

• Dealing with property maintenance queries, thinking on your feet to resolve issues, and coordinating solutions

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit negotiation and distribution

• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants

• Deliver Excellent customer service & communication

• Oversee refurbishment and other larger works

• Negotiate the swift return of deposits
