Job summary
Are you an experienced IT support engineer looking for their next challenge?
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional who will be the primary contact with our service providers, keeping them aligned with our requirements and with their own SLA’s. You will still need to roll up your sleeves on occasion and get involved with some projects at a hands-on level, with a focus on service delivery and continual improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ongoing delivery and operations of the Associations IT services and infrastructure and will be the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders and external service providers, with the focus of ensuring that IT services are delivered in a reliable and robust manner.
You will engage with stakeholders across the business to understand and provide professional input into the formation of change requests, improvements and developments.
Person specification
We’re looking for a driven, hands on, resilient individual, who has a focus on delivery and is able to plan, prioritise and make best use of time and resources and ensure tight deadlines are met.
You will need to have strong written & oral communication skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels. Excellent presentation skills are also essential for this role.
You must have sound technical knowledge of cloud services, Microsoft Power Platform and telecoms, communication and collaboration services.
