We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our valued clients, specifically assisting them with their tax-related inquiries. As the main point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and efficiently.

Additionally, you will have the privilege of working alongside a dynamic team of 18 professionals, including accountants, administrators, and sales/marketing specialists, at our esteemed firm of accountants based in Hayes, West London.
Your primary focus will be handling our clients' tax returns claims, streamlining processes, and delivering cost-effective solutions. You will also contribute to the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service right from the start.

Responsibilities
- Processing client tax refund claims.
- Speaking with customers in regard to their claims and liaising with HMRC on their behalf.
- Management of social media channels and acting as front line support.
- Updating customers with the progression of their claim
- Dealing with emails and post
- Liaising with junior staff with a view to allocating work
- Additional administration duties as required
The Ideal Candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude
- Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
