Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager with Facilities experience ideally, or a facilities manager with large project management experience.
The main duty of the Projects & Facilities Manager is to be able to be proactive and self-sufficient in the management of all aspects of project development and delivery for capital programmes for the Facilities Management UK & Ireland team. Projects include Lifts, Escalators, HVAC and Fire. The project manager would also be expected to manage around 30 stores for non-project facilities work.

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
- Project Management qualification
- Strong experience of Project Management for facilities related projects
- Background in facilities management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops, in conjunction with the Regional Facilities Manager, the scope of the project
- Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulative standards
- Ensures the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups
- Risk analysis; understands issues surrounding lead times and landlord issues
- Communicate effectively at all times with our store associates, contractors, Facilities Management team, local authorities and all persons affected by the project
- Develop & maintain working programme & schedules
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
- Resolving cross-functional issues at the project level
- Managing project scope and change control
- Monitor & Report project progress and performance
- Keep stores up to date on works through our CAFM system Service Channel
