THE GIG
As our Supply Chain Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the future of our Global Supply Chain (GSC). Reporting to the Head of PMO Global Supply Chain, you’ll manage projects that are pivotal to our supply chain operations and that enable our GSC 5-year plan and business strategy. This role is all about delivering results, building relationships, and championing our commitment to excellence. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be part of a passionate, supportive, and all-round awesome crew.
As our Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Project Life Cycle: You will lead the way from project initiation to deployment, managing multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Standardisation: Collaborate with the PMO to create standard processes, templates, and ways of working for the Supply Chain portfolio
- Community of Practice: As a member of our wider Project Management community, you’ll champion best practice methods across DMs
The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, covering maternity leave.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Project Mastery: Proven experience in project and program management, with the ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects of varying scales simultaneously
- Supply Chain Savvy: Familiarity with Supply Chain operations in a retail or similar consumer-facing global business
- Process Prowess: A working knowledge of business processes, system development, and process improvements. You should be well-versed in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
