HealthHarmonie Ltd work in partnership with a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home, these include; Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Ophthalmology services and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.

Hours: 8am to 4pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £57,000 DOE
Specialist Band 7 Nurse
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that wishes to extend their dermatology experience within community services. The candidate must possess full NMC registration. The candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in undertaking Remote Triaging dermatological procedures without supervision in the NHS.
The candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, have the ability to work within a team and independently, have good time keeping skills to ensure the clinics run smoothly and on time.
The right candidate should have experience in providing nursing services and health advices and guidance for patients.
Evaluate, assess, document, and refer patients to appropriate level of care by scheduling appointments to clinics or 2ww.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of skill in the following areas:
- Follow patients, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care in line with NICE guidelines, British Association of Dermatologist protocols and business Standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the service and referring GPs through developing and delivering education and training.
- Contribute to the development of services.
- Work collaboratively and attend meetings with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the cohesive management of patients.
Applicants will be expected to have an excellent clinical quality record, and an ability to perform efficiently and independently in clinic whilst providing exceptional care. Applicants will need to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues and a willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of patients and assist in improving these pathways over time.
It is likely the post holder will provide responsibility for the clinical supervision directly or indirectly of non-medical staff and participate in audit.
