About the Team
Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of our Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organization, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office environmental health and safety. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create inspiring spaces that foster collaboration and unleash the full potential of our teams.
Responsibilities
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- Researching information as required.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
Qualifications
- Independent construction project experience required.
- Degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
