The role:

• Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
• Viewing properties, negotiating offers, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers alike. ·
• To maximise the sales income for the branch, by securing as many sales as possible that follow through to completion.
• To maximise on securing valuations for the company at every opportunity, through canvassing, applicant registration and closing an appointment.
• To maintain positive and professional relationships with all clients at every stage through to completion.
• Understand and work in line with current lettings legislation, as well as best practices.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Customer focused – understand the importance of making a fantastic first impression.

• Knowledgeable - be confident in providing high quality advice, service, and professionalism.
• Success-driven, passionate, and motivated
• Property sales/lettings experience would be an advantage but not necessary
• Outgoing and positive personality
• Enthusiasm and determination to succeed

Commission Structure

· 50% commission to the Agent on each deal.

· Expected property instruction per week: 1

· Expected deals per month: 2
