What you will do as a Reservations Agent
- Use Hyatt systems to their full potential, Prio, Reserve, Opera
- Monitor and keep reservations email inbox tidy with all guest requests answered in a timely manner
- Update reservations with billing, routing and special requests.
- Flag any VIP guests to the team via traces and the daily breifing
- Conduct pre arrival checks in line with departmental standard
- Ensure all no shows and late cancellations are charged and chased for payment
- Have in depth knowledge of the hotels room types, supplements, and capabilities
- Upsell all areas of the hotel including rooms, restaurant, and bar to guests
