About the role

In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects aligned to the delivery of the University’s Research-inspired Education Strategy. You will manage the preparations for the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and National Student Survey (NSS), ensuring optimisation of the University’s position in relation to external metrics, whilst providing project management support for work relating to the Student Voice and the University/Students’ Union Partnership Framework.

About you

With relevant experience working in Higher Education, in a role related to education policy, strategy or similar, you will have knowledge of the UK Higher Education System, alongside an understanding of the Office for Students regulatory framework, particularly in relation to the National Student Survey and Teaching Excellence Framework.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable challenging the status quo and has the communication skills and knowledge to influence decision making at all levels. You will have the willingness to identify and solve problems and how they impact issues beyond the remit of your role is key.
