As Programme Director for Digital and Data you will be responsible for overseeing delivery of HInM’s digital transformation portfolio, as well as strategic digital transformation programmes on behalf of the Greater Manchester health and care system.
Reporting to the Digital Innovation Director as executive lead, you will act as a Senior Responsible Officer, owning and leading a portfolio of key large-scale programmes to deliver a range of digital and data products and services, including the Greater Manchester Care Record delivery programme.
Digital tools and services are now fundamental to the management and delivery of our services. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining us on this journey.
This is an excellent opportunity to help shape a leading digital programme within the NHS landscape. The Programme Director for Digital & Data plays a pivotal role in our leadership team, and you will have full accountability and ownership across our portfolio working in collaborating with other directors, managing a team of project managers to bring to life our innovative programmes including shared care records implementation.
We are looking for experience programme managers who have an excellent understanding of healthcare systems. You will have a proven track record of delivering digital programmes and good negotiation skills. Partnership working is crucial in this role, and we are looking for kind, empathetic leaders who are collaborative in their approach. You will be accustomed to working with senior stakeholders and be comfortable working across organisational boundaries.

This role is Hybrid working and would require the successful candidate to be in office 2/3 days on site in our modern offices in Manchester.
