We aim to lead the digital transformation of healthcare with clinically designed and focused digital solutions, providing services that improve the care that our clients can provide their patients. Our systems are currently used in over 150 hospitals and minor injury units in the UK and Ireland, covering a wide range of clinical specialities.
We are looking for a highly-organised Project Manager, who takes a proactive approach to problem solving, and is confident in navigating stakeholder relationships, to join our team.
The role involves taking a leading role in implementing health technology projects, including full project oversight, end-to-end project management activities including project planning, monitoring and reporting. This role is suitable for candidates experienced in project management and experience in health technology would be beneficial.
This is a full-time role, based at our office in Ealing Broadway, London with occasional national and international travel.
What will you be doing?
- Leading project execution with ultimate accountability for project initiation, planning, execution and control (cost, time, quality and risk). Ensuring client expectations are met
- Directing and motivating multidisciplinary project teams and keeping team members accountable to deliver
- Designing and controlling the project schedule, & developing project strategies for own projects
- Acting as a single point of contact for all operational aspects of the project
- Understanding client needs and committing to project scope and timelines. Securing agreement to the plan from the project team and the client
- Effectively communicating project status and risks both internally and externally, ensuring stakeholder accountability and awareness
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information and execute deliverables
- Complete all required risk assessment and administration/documentation involved in the set-up of a new client
- Create, update and circulate on-boarding documents for new clients
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise independently, only escalating where necessary
- Contribute to creation of standardised project documentation and templates

- Able to work using own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others’ workloads to changing and often tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise and adapt quickly
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Problem solving skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy to achieve objectives
- Ability to compose presentations and correspondence appropriate to a wide ranging audience
Qualifications, knowledge and experience:
Essential
- Excellent understanding of UK healthcare sector
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Experience with project/task management software eg. ClickUp
- Experience with GANTT charts and project workflows
Desirable
- Project Management Qualification
- Experience working within the NHS/public sector
- Experience of project management within healthcare technology
- Experience in Google Docs Suite software including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and slides
Additional requirements
- Driving licence/access to own car is desirable but not essential
- Must be flexible and adaptable to working hours
- Willingness to commit to regular travel nationally, and occasionally internationally, to assist with developing opportunities
