NCS are currently working with an energetic and developing Independent Connections Provider. Who are looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their company, in order to assist the directors to deliver projects in an efficient, commercially viable and timely manner.
The right candidate will be based in the West Midlands and have 10 years+ experience.
Working in projects in the Rail, Utilities of Civil Engineering Sector. It is essential that applicants are commercially astute in order to maximise profitability from the works undertaken.
The majority of the works will be installing power systems on HS2 within the West Midlands so ideally candidates will have an understanding of elements of Civils and M&E.

Essential requirements:
- 10 years’ worth of Project Manager experience
- Commercially astute
- Experience with NEC forms of contract
- Civils/ Rail / utilities background
- CSCS card
- SMSTS card
In return they are offering a salary of £65k + company vehicle as well as pension, annual leave and additional benefits. On top of this they offer the ability to work from home when suitable and adopt a flexible approach to time.
