Job description
Due to a major uptick in activity my client requires the services of a strong Change Analyst OR Change Manager who will be responsible for the following

**** FULLY REMOTE WITH VERY OCCASIONAL VISITS TO THE CLIENT'S CITY BASED OFFICES ****
The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring that all organizational projects and initiatives will meet objectives on time (and within budget)
Areas covered will include
The role will involve the following activities
Coordination & facilitation of employee events
Production of executive level reporting using standardised and defined approaches.
Executing skill development initiatives working with technical SMEs and external learning partners.
Analysis & draft decision recommendations for skill development spend requests.
Communication development on behalf of Leadership
Provision of guidance, review and oversight on Programme delivery communications for issue to business and technical stakeholders.
Oversight of junior talent programmes
Attendance at key cross-functional working groups and governance meetings
Monitoring compliance with key internal people related role requirements & processes
The skillset required for this position will include most (if not all) of the following
Experience of writing internal communications
Experience with employee engagement initiative development and measurement
Strong presentation skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly, and succinctly, present information
Ability to quickly build relationships, influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organisation
Knowledge of skill development / capability practices and approaches
Self-starter with creative problem solving skills
Experience with Sharepoint & Viva Engage (Yammer)
Experience working in a global technology team
Experience working in a hybrid waterfall-agile environment
Workshop development & facilitation with senior stakeholders
Experience with business change management principles and practices...
