T. Power Homes - Builder/ Developer company dedicated to building new homes, has a vacancy for a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrator supporting the founding Director and Office Manager with the accounts for the business.
- From £15 an hour – Immediate start.
- Flexible working hours. Work from home, or from our office in Carshalton, Surrey, for 8–12 hours a week.
Duties include:
- Data entry, bank reconciliation, collation of invoices/receipts/timesheets for suppliers and contractors.
- General Office duties
Skills required:
- A qualified bookkeeper, with good understanding and demonstrative experience of working via the HMRC website for VAT & CIS (verification & returns)
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
- Good telephone manor.
- Ability to work using own initiative.
- Understanding of Project cost tracking & reporting would be an advantage.
- Experience working within the Construction Industry an advantage.
- Experience of a recognised Accounts software package (i.e Sage, Xero, Quick Books)
