About the role:
Are you a project manager looking to further your career? Do you have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and an innovative mindset? What you’ll be doing:
As the dedicated project manager for some of the most exciting automotive OEM’s, you will be the main point of contact to understand the project’s scope and responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Grow and manage collaborative partnerships among customer and internal stakeholders to enable scoping, project, and resource decisions
- Create, monitor, and manage project schedules and key dates, to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Measure project performance, proactively monitoring the progress of projects and problem-solving when needed.
- Ensure projects are on track against financial spend milestones and that any areas of risk are resolved and escalated accordingly.
- Communicating with globally based multi-disciplined commercial and technical support teams
- Experience in delivering complex cross-border projects, along with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, risks or concerns before they become critical.
- Familiar with agile and traditional project management methods
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical parties.
- Previous experience managing Agile projects

This role has been evaluated as up to band 9 in our internal job bandings. An approximate salary range for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

Travel requirements:
Some travel will be required depending on project needs. The successful candidate may be required to travel in the UK and internationally, for both customer projects and internal activities with Bosch colleagues.
