We have for you a great opportunity to join our Organisation & Costs team as our new Business Analyst. Bringing your focus on teamwork and strong communication are essential skills for this role, demonstrating insights on how to improve our processes and make our business functions the very best in the industry.
This role is embedded in CFO and works very closely with HR, with maintenance of organisational hierarchies a key responsibility. You’ll support organisational restructures when required and meet with our business leaders on a regular basis with a consultative approach.

Ensuring supervisory organisations are accurate and reflective of management chains.
Supporting the creation of a new department structure in Workday, as well as supporting with the simplification of cost centres.
Ensuring adherence to governance in place with regards to maintenance of organisational hierarchies and positions, and continuous improvement of related processes.
Supporting business areas with the management of their local hierarchies and positions.
Executing organisational changes in Workday that relate to restructures.
Supporting the broader team in relation to job frameworks and headcount management.
What you’ll bring.
Practical knowledge of Workday (back office) highly desirable
Good understanding of all HR Business Processes across the full lifecycle and different process areas.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Strong analytical skills and creative/conceptual problem-solving ability coupled with the ability to make informed decisions
Good organisational awareness of the Bank's functions, operating models and strategy
What else you need to know.
This role full time permanent role that supports a hybrid working model of office based (2 days) and home working (3 days).
