You will be helping to maintain and expand upon our ShipSure ERP product suite that digitally enables the V Groups Ship management business.
Specifically, the role will improve the user experience workflow within ShipSure, as we expand upon the functionality and redesign some key features.

You will be an experienced Software Developer covering full Agile based lifecycle develop practices. Reporting into the lead developer you will be expected to understand the requirements and produce code to meet those requirements. You will be expected to take part in product backlog meetings, demoing the functionality delivered to the product manager. You will work on complex assignments involving new development as well as enhancements to the existing code base. You will be expected to work as part of a large team. Quality of delivery will be a passion of yours and producing high quality code that deliver excellent business & customer value will be what drives you.

ESSENTIAL:
Development experience with Microsoft .Net specifically C# & XAML.
Full WPF development including UI and usability design, MVVM pattern, with MVVM Light preferred, Prism application composition with IoC, and with Unity preferred.
Deployment and build projects.
You will be expected to work as part of a geographically diverse team and so excellent communication skills is beneficial.

DESIRABLE:
A self-starter, capable of working alone but also happy contributing to the overall team.
You will be a contributing member to the sprint planning sessions delivering on user stories.
