Created in 2019, Levin has become the leading tech recruitment company that operates in Fintech, health Tech, green tech, and retail tech! We found an incredibly profitable niche early on in Tech specific recruitment. The more the tech industry expands the more need there is for tech recruitment specialists, and as we all know the tech industry is booming!
Since 2019 we have grown from a 3-person start-up to an established business with a headcount of over 600 people in under 3 years. We have already expanded internationally with offices in Amsterdam, New York, Dallas, Hamburg and Singapore and we’ve just signed off on a new Sydney office and are looking to open 2 more in 22!
Our founders and culture are super competitive and ambitious, we don’t want to stop there, and our aim is to be 1000 employees by the end of 2022 and 3000 by the end of 2024.
Your role is to be an integral part of this growth by finding the correct talent and people who want to join an innovative and fast-paced business that wants to change the face of recruitment!

What you’ll be doing:
- You will be what we call a 360° consultant, which means you’ll be managing the entire end-to-end sales process
- That includes business development, building relationships, and winning business with senior executives at the top FinTech firms
- You will also be responsible for finding candidates for those organisations, building relationships with them in order to find them the perfect new role
- Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly and monthly targets
What we are looking for:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2022 or 2023
- Money-motivated, ambitious individuals that have a desire to progress quickly in their career
- Someone with a competitive edge that is driven by the sheer need to win…pretty much everything
- Social personality and exceptional communication & people skills
- Self-motivated individual that is able to work towards targets and demonstrated resilience
