Your Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be part of our global team and manage complex projects in the area of library management solutions supporting both our German and UK clients. From planning to acceptance and handover to the customer, you proactively organise and coordinate all aspects of the project, always in line with agreed schedules and budgets.

Your central tasks include:
- Managing and coordinating a portfolio of library management solution projects across multiple geographic locations.
- Monitoring and controlling project implementation and adherence to the project brief in terms of deadlines and budget
- Creating and agreeing realistic and achievable project plans with clients that clearly define the scope of projects and tasks.
- As the interface between the client and the project team, you are responsible for smooth communication and coordination.
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in both German (at least to C2 level) and English.
- You have very good communication skills as well as a confident and engaging manner with a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You work in an interdisciplinary, independent and goal-oriented manner. In addition, you have a quick grasp of new ideas and excellent communication skills.
- Stand out from the rest by highlighting any project management experience in an engineering, IT, technical or construction environment
- Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2)? - That's an even bigger advantage!
- Higher education (college or university degree) in business, engineering, IT or technical disciplines is desirable
