Job description
We are a small and dynamic Central London based consultancy, specialising in capital and development project management. Due to our continuing expansion, we are looking to recruit a recent graduate in project management or with construction related degree to assist and support the project management team with the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

Tasks and responsibilities:
· Proactively assist the project management team in the day to day delivery of projects;
· Assist with contract administration;
· Attend client meetings and take accurate minutes/notes;
· Development of project documentation, programmes, reports and budgets;
· Assist in the day to day office tasks (invoicing, administration, timesheets);
· Monitor and report contractors progress; and
· Work with external clients and consultant teams.
Key skills required:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal;
· Excellent time management
· Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
· To be a strong team worker with a proactive and willing attitude.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
2. Be based in London or within commuting distance to Central London;
3. Hold a recent project management, construction or built environment related degree

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
