At EQ, people are at the heart of what we do.
As a leading accounting, taxation, and business advisory practice, we provide valued support and advice to our clients across the board.
Our Amber Accounting Services team have an excellent reputation for delivering a comprehensive range of high-quality outsourced accounting services to our clients. Due to an expanding client base, we are looking to strengthen our team in our Dundee office by recruiting a Bookkeeping Assistant.
Working within our knowledgeable and friendly team, you will report to the Amber Management Team as you support a range of clients with all aspects of bookkeeping, including VAT compliance and preparing management accounts, both in the office and at client premises. Good numerical skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills and a keen willingness to learn and develop. A working knowledge of Xero and Sage 50 Accounts is not essential, as we offer in house training, however it would enhance your application. As a direct point of contact for our clients, you will be fully immersed in their business, meaning you will need to be professional, pro-active and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We will work closely with you to continually develop your technical skills and experience and provide any appropriate training where necessary.
We provide excellent working conditions (including a 35 hour week) as well as a competitive salary and benefits package (commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience).
