Job Description
This position is accountable for Project management of initiatives ranging from $500M to $10MM including the planning/organizing, collecting data, development, design, and coordination of manufacturing improvements in assigned Mauser facilities. This also includes providing start-up, testing assistance of new/existing equipment, evaluate manufacturing processes to improve product quality, process efficiencies and machine reliability; improve work flow; validate improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Capital budget management and PMO activities
- Design, analysis, and implementation of factory utility systems (chilled water, tower water, compressed air, power)
- Management of automation projects

Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 8+ years in project management in a high paced environment handling multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in complex organizational setting
- Injection molding/plastics background is ideal but not required
- Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and teams
- Ability to drive large complex projects to successful completion on time and on budget
- Proficient in AutoCad, SAP, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite
