COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.
What you will do:
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and –out process whilst providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
- Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates.
- As our receptionist you must represent the COMO brand and reflect our vision and values at all times.
- Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
- To attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain the smooth operation of the department.
- You will be excellent at greeting and establishing a rapport with our guests
- You will be extremely well-organised, responsive to business needs and be a team player.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have strong IT skills Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable
- A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
