Sales Projects Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Project Coordinator to join our team here at our Woking Offices to support our remote Sales team. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. As the Sales Projects Coordinator, you will be involved in all aspects of Fernox Sales function. This is a fun, fast moving role that will be ideal for someone who has had experience with supporting remote teams. Each day will be present different challenges so we need someone with high energy levels, who is good at multi-tasking!

Job Purpose
To provide support for key projects and initiatives for the Global Sales Team plus providing local support for the management of major merchant activity, including events and Marketing. In addition, provide administrative and organisational support to the following business leaders and their teams.

Job Responsibilities
Support and assist the Global Sales Team in routine business duties and processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Responding to customer requests / queries, this includes cover for the Sales@Fernox mailbox & sharepoint system
- Responsible for diary management for the Sales Management Team & installer events
- To manage travel and event administration in a cost effective way
- To assist in the administration of the Fernox Experience / Woking Academy event programme to increase Fernox brand exposure with installers as well as maximising engagement with industry associations and influencers
- To organise external training programmes and new starter induction programmes
- To assist in the implementation of a corporate hospitality and event management programme, which includes sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences and charity activity
- To monitor T&E activity and support with Chrome River
- To assist with the processing of Sales invoices through Esker the Purchase Requisition system to ensure SOX compliance
- To assist in the sourcing and commissioning of merchant merchandising and branded point-of-sale collateral
- To support with corporate clothing and product requests through the Fernox web-to- print system
- To provide formatting support for external communication such as Sales letters, price increase, notifications, etc
- To undertake general office duties such as assisting with visitors, incoming and outgoing post, telephone calls, written communications, photocopying and filing
- To assume responsibility and provide occasional cover for other administration duties
Skills
- Intermediate / advanced level in Microsoft programmes: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Experience of Salesforce Atlas CRM
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator - both internally and externally as person will be a focal point for the Fernox sales force and will be involved in tactical marketing activity
- A Proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Aptitude to learn new computer systems and processes
