Job Profile Summary
CAI is hiring! We are in immediate need of a Project Coordinator. This is a 100% US-based remote opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work EST.
This is a 6-12 month position with probably extension
The Project Coordinator will provide IT Team with comprehensive administrative support that encompasses schedule management, travel arrangements, event coordination. Must have very strong excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups. Must have excellent skills in Powerpoint for executive-level presentations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform an array of administrative support tasks including manning office area, fielding phones and questions from team members and departments, data-entry, report generation, typing memos and letters, distributing and picking up equipment, and ordering office supplies
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality in all matters.
- Ability to execute all given projects with minimal to no supervision while able to keep high attention to details.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Within Excel must be familiar with macros, formulas, pivot tables
- Within PowerPoint must be able to create presentations to be delivered at an Executive level
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Program manager, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Microsoft Outlook management.
- Initiate, coordinate and/or participate in all efforts to publicize and bring awareness of the event.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- 5 years of Project Administration experience.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, positive and helpful attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment
- Excellent verbal and superior writing skills are necessary
- Report presentation skills a huge plus
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Adaptable to frequent change
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
