Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Advisor. Internally you will be known as our Complaint Commitment Officer.

As a Customer Experience Advisor at Hyde you will be working within our Complaints Team to work with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of complaint commitment actions within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
- Be a point person for the end of our complaint process.
- Process, manage, respond to, and monitor complaint commitments.
- Support the delivery of the commitment resolutions.
- Monitor issues which require longer term solutions.
- Escalate where progress is not being made.
- Decide on the appropriate next stage for the failed commitments.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong telephone customer service experience
- Experience managing a caseload of direct customers
