Job description
The Project Administrator (PA) is for an externally funded project Nature-based integration: Connecting communities with/in the natural environment, funded by British Academy- Nuffield Foundation Understanding Communities Scheme. This project is delivered by an interdisciplinary, cross-sector team of academics, artists, local and national policymakers and practitioners, and community members, utilising a co- productive approach that ensures recognition of, and engagement with diverse positionalities and ways of knowing. The Person
The Project administrator is responsible for administrative duties on the Nuffield and British Academy research project, working closely with Principal Investigators. For this role, you will work with a team of project managers and project coordinators across different institutions, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. The main duties include documentation, meeting management and minutes, emails communications, handling project budgets, booking travel, supporting the research team to establish and maintain a range of systems and processes for effective project management and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role until May 2024 working 7.4 hours per week with a starting salary of £5,461 per annum (20% pro-rata to £27,305 FTE).
