Join us as a Programme Officer

- We’re about to deliver the largest conduct and regulatory change initiative in over a decade – and we’re looking for an experienced programme officer to help us
- Joining our Consumer Duty programme, you’ll support project governance and control, including tracking the performance and progress of projects, project financial control and adoption that will be fundamental to our success in embedding the Financial Conduct Authority’s new Consumer Duty across NatWest Group

What you'll do
As our Programme Officer, guided by the overarching principles of the FCA’s new Consumer Duty, you’ll improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form, helping us achieve great outcomes for our 19 million customers through a ‘one bank’ approach.

Your top priorities will include:
- Providing diary management and project support
- Developing guidelines and templates to collect and maintain project data
- Creating and updating project plans and other project documentation
- Identifying and tracking cross-project dependencies
- Implementing and providing regular progress reporting
The skills you'll need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need project or programme support experience, and knowledge of the different project methodologies and project lifecycle.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Planview, Oracle and SharePoint
- Knowledge of organisational processes and procedures
- An understanding of our change frameworks, processes and risk framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
