Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Graduate, Entry-Level Programme Manager to join our commercial team based in Leeds.
The Role
Primarily focused on supporting our Programme Manager in delivering, growth, saving and resilience focused projects which help achieve business goals and targets, you will help coordinate various projects, monitor their progress and report on results.
You will also be responsible for managing a small number of projects within the overall portfolio and deliver these by managing cross-functional teams from project approval to product launch, using the stage-gate process framework.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop a career within one of the UK's most recognisable food brands and the category leader in meat-free. You will be working closely with and learning from a best-in-class team and joining a business with a strong purpose and ambition driven by its people and passionate consumer base.
The positions will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week.
The successful applicant will have:
- Recent graduate with a desire to build a career in project/programme management
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- If possible, demonstrate some initial background in project management or knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
