Responsibilities
Contributes to the operational and research functions within the center, unit, or program which serves as the administrative base for small to medium sized programs. Provides independent management of functions within the designated center, unit, or program. Provides independent project management of small to medium sized projects. Represents center, unit or program in special projects and committees. Utilize strategic planning and agile methodologies to contribute to development and implementation of center, unit or program priorities. Participates in financial management of multiple funding streams. Utilize organizational skills to develop and implement various activities within center, unit or program.
This is a 100% remote role, the employee can live anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, education, communications, business or other related field and 3 years experience in research OR High School Diploma and 7 years experience in research. Must have demonstrated strong human relations and communications skills to work cohesively with the program staff. Demonstrated proficiency in office computer applications. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills required. Strong background in research systems, financial applications and operations. Grant and budget management experience preferred. Applied knowledge and prior experience working with various research populations preferred.
Ideal candidate will have experience in program coordination, experience with administering educational programs and experience managing initiatives.

Compensation Detail
$71,240 - $99,757/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
