SAUCE SHOP – PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER (SAUCE CHEF)
Our team of chefs play a vital role in our factory. They make the great tasting, award-winning sauces and seasonings that we are known for!
Working in our production kitchen is fast-paced and full-on. You will be involved in the preparation, cooking, filling and labelling of products. You will work as part of a great team to ensure products are made efficiently and safely.
We are looking for a candidate who can use their initiative and hit the ground running. Someone who loves to work as part of a team to get great results.
The role can be demanding but hard work equals good times – we have a lot of fun! Everyone gets on at Sauce Shop, which makes everything seem easier!
THIS JOB INVOLVES
Carrying out daily checks.
Use machinery such as the blender, filler and labeller.
Adding correct ingredients to cooking pan.
Keeping work area clean and tidy.
Basic clean down of machinery and area.
Completion of recipe paperwork.
Carrying out food safety and quality checks.
Manual handling of raw and finished goods and packaging materials.

Someone with an interest in food - e.g. enjoy cooking, eating and using sauces.
Typical working hours are 7:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. We need someone who is happy with finishing later or starting earlier when required.

PLEASE NOTE
3 month probation period. Pay grade depending on experience.
